Solution

The best solution here is a technique called trenching, a rigid permanent barrier to prevent rodents and wildlife from burrowing underneath structures.

The procedure is standard for trenching no matter the property or terrain. 

Westside technicians dig the 1ft-deep trench and install the 1/4inch galvanized wire mesh in L shape and put the soil back after it’s secured along the top.
