Apple Greene Park, located at 8800 No 1 Rd, Richmond, is an older Strata complex built in 1973 and consists of 8 large, multi-residential buildings on a 14-acre site. Surrounded by green space, these eight structures provide a variety of pest control challenges.

The primary focus is exterior rodent control. The monthly program includes servicing forty (40) rodent bait stations and a variety of other pest control services for up to six (6) suites per visit in the complex.
At a sizable aging property such as Apple Greene, seasonal add-ons are expected. Westside Pest Control performs additional services for Apple Greene such as wasp and carpenter ant treatments. Technicians make recommendations on treatment methods for issues such as carpenter ants. Carpenter ant treatments consist of addressing the source of the issue which minimizes pesticide use rather than a topical band-aid treatment.
