“Best Pest Control Company Ever!”
I am absolutely thrilled with Westside! I dealt with Austin throughout my mice, squirrel and carpenter ant issues. All 3 of these issues were extremely worry some and stressful for me. Right from the start, Austin was absolutely incredible!! He is professional, personable, punctual. He has an easy manner with customers so I felt confident I could discuss my fears and concerns with him. He addressed my every question with knowledgeable and confident answers. He knows his business and he immediately allayed any fears I had. I KNEW he would take care of everything and he did just that. Again, I was amazed at how thorough and professional he is. Nobody likes or wants pests so one of the absolutely most important concerns for me is the technician I will be dealing with. Austin puts everything he’s got into his job and because of that – I am now pest free.! Austin – you are one-in-a-million. Cannot find the words to thank you enough. Got pests? Our technician Aj has been fantastic, we are very impressed with westside pest control and AJ.
We spent the entire long weekend trying to keep mice out of our crawl space. Within 10 minutes AJ found the actual source of the problem, sealed up the holes and determined a plan going forward.

“Super thorough, skilled and PATIENT!”
Kooper was super thorough, skilled and PATIENT in walking us through everything and educating us. We needed that. He was able to identify the wasp nests inside the soffits pretty much immediately and eradicated them. There are still a couple of wasps flying around (they probably weren’t in the nests but the nests got sprayed), but much much less and Kooper is coming back to re-treat whatever might have remained. Happy to be able to eat outdoors with the family again. Thanks Kooper and Westside Pest Control! :)

Egor from Westside Pest Control was a very knowledgable and reliable technician. He went above and beyond to help us understand how to deal with our pest (mice and rat) problem in the house and in the garage. He was very respectful of my neighbours property when he had to have a ladder propped up to fix a problem in our roof and he took the time to show me how to use the traps and answer my many questions.

But most important of all, it’s the exceptional people I have had the privilege in dealing with. Austyn is not only an incredibly professional field technician with high moral standards but a down to earth real person. Likewise, I find Cassandra to be an outstanding customer service representative whose light hearted, compassionate side appeals to me. “Very pleased with the professionalism and punctuality”
Jester was the technician who dealt with my issue of roof rats. He was extremely thorough in his assessment of the rat’s entry points he identified on my roof. He then sealed these points and inspected the interior where he set traps. This was the first visit of 3 he will make to ensure the roof is rat free. From this first visit I am very pleased with the professionalism and punctuality of West Side Pest Control. Highly recommended.

Westside has been our strata’s company of choice for several years now (which in & of itself speaks to how we view them). Their service has been excellent, marked with good communication, punctual visits, and responsiveness to our needs and concerns.
Their service technicians have been terrific – knowledgeable, personable, and really helpful. We dealt initially with Jester, who was great; Jordan has been our main technician for quite some time now and to present day (his most recent visit again this afternoon, March 9, 2023): he’s here regularly for our bi-weekly service, and he again has been great – proving his quality and earning our trust. As our strata president, it’s a good feeling to be able to confidently direct other owners to someone like that; in our local area of Steveston (and stretching beyond), have likewise recommended Westside for anyone needing their assistance for addressing concerns or preventative work.
A final tip of the hat to the office staff, who again have been courteous, professional, friendly, and with very few hiccups ever, have made the scheduling and payment process a breeze.

We were very happy with the prompt service after my initial call. Both service techs who came to our home were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We are so relieved that the wasp nest in our eave has been eradicated! We will definitely call West Side again if we have a pest problem in the future and I have already told several friends about them.

I need to commend the superior effort made by Jordan from Westside pest control. After two different companies coming numerous times to help with mouse infestation he took the time to seal pipe access under the sink and stove. No one else had done that! Thank you Jordan. Wanted to make sure everyone (Westside included) knows what a great guy they have with Jake. I’ve had several issues lately. Started out with a mice infestation, possible squirrel in attic and then carpenter ants. My regular technician, Austin, had Jake come out to make a clear assessment and advise on procedures. Jake is wonderful! So, so competent. Knows his stuff inside out. Diligent, thorough and so professional. Courteous, polite, kept me posted as to what was what and how Westside was going to proceed to eliminate my carpenter ant situation. His honesty was so appreciated. Took charge immediately and got right to work. Took his time to investigate. Informed me of my options. Just felt like I was in the hands of someone who knew his job and knew how to do it properly. Was thrilled after his visit. Jake is just a super guy and a super employee. Westside sure knows how to employ the good ones! Thanks Jake – for everything.

We have been using Westside for the past five years re: a pavement ant problem both interior/exterior. Within a month or so Westside returned at no charge to us to eliminate any stragglers. Over the years the problem became less every Spring until this year it wasn’t necessary to have them return for a second spray. At all times, even with different technicians, they were always prompt, courteous and efficient and at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommended.

From the first email, to the phone calls, to the actual day of service, we are very happy with this company! They were quick to respond, patient with all my questions, and Matej was the man who showed up to do the service. He was kind, respectful, communicated well, and was efficient in his work! We felt comfortable leaving our home with him in it while the work was completed. Definitely didn’t think that I would come home to a ton of dead silverfish (that is the treatment we got) so that was a surprise I wish I was warned about (I guess I should have realized that would happen, but it didn’t even cross my mind). We would use them again, if we had to!

“Very Excellent Service And Effective Solutions”
We have used Westside Pest Control over several years. Number one: they come pretty fast. They actually realize you have a pest problem and maybe you don’t want to live with the critters so much. Number two: they send someone smart who really knows what they are doing. Number three: which could be number one, they have non-toxic solutions for the interior and those things really work. I could go on but you get the point: these folks are terrific and professional and worth every penny.

“My experience with Westside Pest Control has been excellent. I am a highly satisfied customer. We have a house that somehow was infiltrated by some rats in the walls. These rats have been persistent using different entries into the walls, especially getting under the front door slab which is often incorrectly backfilled after construction. Westside Pest Control was even more persistent than the rats and had to come back a few times to SOLVE the problem.Their guarantee of performance is totally valid. The staff are courteous, prompt and professional. I am so impressed!
